Poor Service/Not a Money Worth

First night we arrived I paid cash for the entire stay and the next day I was asked that they miscount the payment I paid off, and i have to pay more... I didn't make it a big deal and just paid whatever the short of payment they asked me. The value of the money is not worth it for the room size and for the system of their services, mostly of the room cleaning. The room doesn't have a closet where to place your clothes nor at least some drawers to store it. We stayed for 5 days, and struggled taking in and out our staffs out of the suitcases .. The 1st and 2nd day we didn'trequired for a room cleaning bc we dont even use the room much.. but then this happened! Room was only made once in our entire stay , on the 3rd day only the bathroom was cleaned andt the bed wasn't even made up nor even maybe vacuumed the floor around the bed. So we asked a room cleaning again on the 4th day, but no one make the room for the whole day we were out of the hotel. I asked the hotel manager to explain me how did it happen that no one clean the room, she only says her Apologies not even an explanation Why? The staff are ok they are friendly but I guess they need more training on how to handle their job and improve the system procedure of the hotel. Because even the hotel manger doesn't know whats going on, even you already made a complaint in the Reception,she dont know about it, unless you reach out to her directly and tell it yourself. I don't really recommend this hotel not really worth it.

Very good service, especially from Aida who pleased our visit with very well service. The price affordable compared to other hotel with the same class. The room quietly nice and clean. The location also in the midle of town so wherever we go, its always close to tourist destinantion. The hotel also close to bus stop operated till midnight so its will be good to commute everywhere.

Ms Kay Lee, the reception lady did an excellent job upon my checking in. Despite one of my self-identification docs was missing, she managed to complete it very smoothly using her vast knowledges and experiences, even keeping the guest all the way being cheered up warmly during the procedure. Quite impressed. Thanks Kay Lee.

Clean room, economical price and helpful staff. I checked in very early after a longhaul flight on 04/08/2023. Aida and Salma were very kind and allowed me to check-in for a small surcharge and was assigned to room 606. They showed the friendly hospitality that is not so common in Singapore at times, being a fast-paced modern country. The area is often considered Singapore's red light district but it is fine. There's some local food around.

This is not the first time i stay here as guest mostly I book in week days and prices are also reasonable and very good stay, staff were friendly most of the time when I check in receptionist is Mrs. Aida and she's friendly and very passionate about what she does and always strives to provide the best customer service possible , room was clean and would definitely come back again, I love that near this hotel has many 24 hour open restaurants and grocery stores, and very near to Aljunaid MRT station as well
